So my mom finally got a call back from Comcast about changing her billing cycle date. Here’s essentially what they told her:
We can’t do it. Our computers won’t allow us. You can shutoff your service today and wait until near the first to schedule someone to come back out on the first and hook you up.
Really? My mother is disabled, doesn’t get paid until the first of each month and on top of that when she does get her cable turned off she has to call, give them a predated check then she has to wait 4-5+ days for Comcrap to take out the money before she can pay any bills.
The idea of comcast cares is a lie and a joke. They don’t care about the average person. All the pennsylvania monopoly that is comcast cares about is money. I mean if they truly cared why can’t they just change a disabled woman’s billing date to the 1st of each?
Why? Because Comcast cares is a lie.
And it may have lost them a customer.
